偶像要退休 殷仔難忘曾挨轟

有幸參與洋基隊長吉特的最後一個主場開幕戰，陳偉殷很有感覺，因為他在大聯盟面對的首名打者，就被這位兒時偶像敲出「首打席全壘打」。而能遭遇這樣的傳奇強打，思考自己該如何對決，殷仔說：「棒球好玩的地方就在這裡！」

「從國小打球以來，知道幾個比較有名的大聯盟野手，第一個就是吉特，其次是小葛瑞菲。」陳偉殷說，從小就知道的球星，自己竟能在上了大聯盟後遇到，還是第一個打席就被敲全壘打，令他永誌難忘。

「從來沒想到第一場比賽就會對上洋基，而且第一個打者就對上吉特，」殷仔回憶說：「當時一上場腦袋一片空白，完全無法去想自己到底應該做什麼，整個就是慌了。」

歡迎來到大聯盟！殷仔說，那次夢幻的首打席對決，吉特讓他徹底感受到，美國大聯盟打者的程度「完全不一樣」。殷仔指出，吉特不但很會跟球，而且擊球時棒子的掌控度特別好，要讓他揮空不是件容易的事。

「他的選球很好，上壘率很高，球被咬到會打得很遠，但速度不算快。」殷仔說：「對到他就是小心不要被打長打，盡量讓他打滾地球，就算上一壘至少也不會盜壘。」

儘管一開始就「震撼教育」，但殷仔後來18次投打對決，只再讓吉特擊出4支一壘打。有幸遇到這位生涯安打數排史上第8名的準名人堂球星，讓殷仔自我提升變得更好，而這麼寶貴的學習機會，也只剩下今年球季。
