法庭外嗆「單挑」　法警沒聽到不算恐嚇

一名張姓ABC（35歲）去年在台北知名夜店「LUXY」喝酒狂歡時，和江姓男子起衝突後互告，2人到台北地檢署應訊時，在偵查庭外相遇，仇人相見份外眼紅，又起口角。

張男嗆江男「有種我們到旁邊單挑啊！」結果被江男再告一條恐嚇罪，但台北地檢署認為，當時在旁法警並未聽見張男嗆聲，且法庭外監視器畫面顯示，雙方對話過程平和，江男也沒露出恐懼的神色，因此認定罪證不足，今將張男不起訴。（游仁汶／台北報導）
