（中央社記者吳佳穎台北3日電）微軟今天凌晨在美國開發者大會（build）確定取消Windows Phone手機，以及 9吋以下平板電腦的授權金。

微軟於台灣時間今天凌晨2時，美國舊金山build大會公布這項利多，台廠普遍反應樂觀。

台灣微軟消費通路事業群總經理吳勝雄表示，Windows Phone在2013年的表現相當亮眼，不但被IDC評為2013年成長最快的行動作業系統，成長率高達到91%，今年可望在整體市場上更具躍升動能，並擴展與終端品牌合作。

微軟將致力朝向Mobile first, cloud first的方向發展，且Windows Phone 8.1提供市場唯一跨裝置(All-in-one、PC、手機、平板) App的開發環境，將能提升軟體開發商競爭優勢。1030403
