一名已婚婦人，和過去的上司發生婚外情，結果產下一子，她謊稱是丈夫的種，不料隨著小孩長大後，發現愈看愈不像他，之後帶去驗DNA，確認並無血緣關係，憤而對妻子和小王提告，獲賠160萬元。

檢警調查發現，該名外遇的范姓婦人，多年前曾生一場大病，當時在丈夫的細心照料下恢復健康。不料在康復之後，竟然與過去的上司偷情，甚至還產下1子，當時先生很高興喜獲麟兒，直到兒子日漸長大，發現他外貌和自己完全不向，在兒子出生2年後，私下帶著兒子去驗DNA，確認發現非他的種。

事後范婦的丈夫進行調查，姦夫竟是妻子的昔日上司，憤而對2人提告求償。根據《自由時報》報導，范婦的丈夫求償1530萬，儘管2人坦承認錯，但認為求償金額過高，民事法院最後判賠160萬。

但范婦的丈夫心有不甘，提出「返還不當得利」訴訟，認為對方應負擔小孩的生產、撫養、保險等費用，但法官認為「小王」和小孩在法律上不具親子關係，他也未能舉證相關費用而遭駁回，全案可上訴；刑事部分2人各被判處6個月徒刑。
