性侵犯不接受心理輔導　判刑3月

基市萬姓男子因觸犯妨害性自主案件，被法院判處1年有期徒刑，98年初執行完畢，市府社福機構評估萬男需再接受輔導教育治療，惟萬男經2次通知後，無正當理由不到地檢署接受輔導教育，市府依違反性侵害犯罪防治法罪嫌，函送法辦，檢方偵辦，萬男在5年內，曾因竊盜案判處5月、8月刑期確定，屬於累犯，向法院聲請簡易判決，全案審結，法官量刑3月，或易科罰金9萬元。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
