台幣勁升 短期將測30元大關

新台幣對美元呈現強勁升值走勢，後市發展備受關注。匯銀主管昨（2）日表示，短期內新台幣兌美元匯率有機會測試30元整數大關，目前按兵不動的中央銀行，屆時態度為何相當關鍵。

據了解，央行對於投入匯市的資金，態度一向相當謹慎，秉持著「可買股不可炒匯」的原則處理。一方面此波匯入資金多表明要投入股市，另一方面，這些資金的動向，尚未屆滿七天觀察期，目前央行只在尾盤控制升幅，維持匯市的動態穩定，尚無其它明顯的動作。

外資匯銀主管說，由於美國聯準會主席葉倫量化寬鬆言論、人民幣回穩兩因素，帶動新台幣近日表現強勁，如果外資持續大舉買超台股，升值的滿足點可能往上挑戰30.2元，但仍須視未來美國經濟數據揭露狀況、人民幣是否有第二波貶值潮而定。
