石門農田水利會長選舉傳賄選　候選人司機交保

石門農田水會會長選舉三雄相爭，卻在4月19日投票前夕，桃園地檢署檢察官郝中興指揮桃園縣調查站，查獲某候選人賴姓司機（51歲）及在水利會任職的5名技工及巡水員，在今年農曆年前涉嫌幫特定的候選人，以每人1萬元行賄14名小組長，並依違反《農田水利法組織通則》第38條農田水利會選舉行、收賄罪傳訊到案後，因大部分坦承犯行，願意繳交犯罪所得，除賴姓司機交保外，其餘請回，另由檢調向上追查中。（張沛森／桃園報導）
