一銀寮國分行 本周申設

第一銀行董事會昨（24）日決議，通過前往寮國永珍申設分行的議案，最快本周就向金管會遞件申請。一銀主管表示，永珍分行成立後，加上越南、柬埔寨、泰國、緬甸，中南半島布局，將更完備。

據了解，一銀投入寮國市場研究與考察，長達二年之久，為能清楚了解寮國官方對台灣銀行進入市場的態度，董事長蔡慶年親自拜會該國央行總裁等官員，考察寮國金融市場。

一銀主管表示，近年來寮國外資進駐速度加快，而當地金融業尚處發展初期階段，存放利差高，對外資銀行進駐也持正面態度，至於法令上，除最低資本金，並無其他特殊的限制，相對而言有利於金融業布局。

據一銀內部評估，現階段寮國金融市場利差平均約有7個百分點，遠高於台灣金融市場，在東南亞國家這樣的利差水準也算高。一銀主管說，目前寮國台商仍少，因此未來永珍分行設立後，除就近服務當地台資及中資企業，也將複製一銀柬埔寨金邊分行的在地化經驗，積極開拓當地中小企業，藉此逐步提升獲利來源。
