非法用流刺網　抓2隻花枝就被抓

「你們眼睛那麼好！用流刺網都知道！」基隆海巡隊艦艇於今天清晨5時許，巡邏到海洋大學外海，發現八斗子籍漁船欣滿泰非法使用流刺網在近岸 捕魚，38歲的陳姓船長表示，漁船於凌晨4時許從八斗子漁港出發，才釣到2隻花枝就被你們抓到，實在有夠衰。

基隆海巡隊表示，為了避免嚴重破壞海洋生態， 依照漁業法禁止漁船在基隆距岸3浬處使用流刺網，海巡隊最後依違反漁業法將陳姓船長函送基隆地檢署。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
