關廠工人退款　年底可全數退款完畢

就業安定基金管理會今召開臨時會，通過對關廠工人退款一案。勞動力發展署署長廖為仁表示，第一批先前已經和解或向勞動部申請補貼還款者，約有335戶，總金額約6700多萬；第二批是在時效屆滿前已依約返還的，約有480多戶、2.2億元全數都會返還，其餘在訴訟中未還款者將轉列呆帳。廖為仁說，和解的案子因為債權較單純，預估5月中就可先行退款完畢，其餘將透過各地分署、里長拜訪、聯繫，預計今年底前可全部退還完畢。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
