淚崩家屬：生要見人，死要見屍

《英國廣播公司》(BBC)報導，其實在馬來西亞總理納吉晚間10時召開記者會前1小時，馬航就已經將MH-370墜毀的消息，通知了在北京的乘客家屬，並安排家屬盡快前往澳洲。家屬聽聞噩耗情緒極為激動。馬航當時透過簡訊通知家屬，內容如下：「馬航深感遺憾，我們排除合理懷疑後，只能假設MH370已經墜毀，機上沒有人生還。一小時後你們會聽到大馬首相的宣佈，我們現在必須接受所有證據顯示客機在南印度洋墜毀。」

馬航家屬被安排到北京麗都飯店會議室集合，而現場為了預防家屬情緒失控，也安排了4人的醫護急救小組、救護床在一旁待命。班機上香港籍乘客呂晶的女兒在《微博》留言說：「我不相信，我不相信，馬來西亞你還我們親人。活要見人，死要見屍。」馬航已為在北京的乘客家屬安排專機，準備接載他們到澳洲。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
