賣食品假原料 公司改名又脫產

台南市立光農工去年以工業級乙烯二胺四醋酸二鈉冒充食品原料，賣給廠商製成奶酪、布丁販售，統一、愛之味等兩百多家廠商受害；立光農工後來變更公司名稱為「永詠」，並結清存款帳戶，統一企業以隱匿財產、脫責之嫌，聲請假扣押公司及負責人蔡福源名下三千多萬元土地獲准。

蔡福源提抗告否認有脫產及避免賠償行為，辯稱更改公司名稱，但地址電話沒變是為了讓公司重新出發，不過合議庭認為公司改名在求償上確有不能強制執行或甚難執行之虞，駁回抗告，全案確定。

立光被控以工業級乙烯二胺四醋酸二鈉冒充食品原料，或加入複方原料，販售給統一、愛之味等公司製作布丁等產品，並賣過期原料獲利一億四千多萬元。負責人蔡福源已被檢方依詐欺等罪嫌起訴，由台南地院審理中。
