高圓圓再傳懷孕 來台為準婆婆慶生

又圓戀開花結果？交往3年的趙又廷與高圓圓數度傳喜訊都屬烏龍，昨天業界又傳高圓圓懷孕，兩家人正商議辦喜事細節。巧的是，高圓圓的確人在台灣，是特地飛來台北陪準婆婆慶生吃飯。

趙又廷和高圓圓相戀3年，但今年互動頻繁，1月初趙又廷飛北京會女友；農曆年前高圓圓帶著馮紹峰、倪妮來台探班趙又廷；過完年趙又廷立刻飛北京甜蜜會女友；前幾天小兩口又被拍到重遊定情地寧波；最新消息是高圓圓又來台北「婆家」參加趙媽媽生日家庭聚會。

又圓戀濃情蜜意，因此懷孕、隱婚傳言不斷，高圓圓也不只一次否認，不過相差5歲的姐弟戀，如果先有後婚也是很圓滿，加上今年趙又廷滿30歲是他理想結婚年紀，今年傳喜訊機會大。

據悉趙又廷4月將前往大陸拍民初背景的電影，經紀人Vicky表示他工作檔期滿，沒有要結婚，也否認高圓圓懷孕的事，「趙又廷正在放假，情侶經常約會很正常吧，如果懷孕，還能飛得這麼頻繁嗎？」高圓圓經紀人回應說懷孕是傳聞非事實，戲在接洽中，隨時可能進組。

高圓圓拍完和黃海波電視劇「咱們結婚吧」，和謝霆鋒電影「一生一世」後就在放假，她才有空配合趙又廷時間約會。

業界傳出高圓圓懷孕，多少和她不接戲有關，不過高圓圓向來孝順，對於長期臥病在床的母親，她有空就會親自去照顧，這也是她工作不喜歡離開北京太久的原因。
