狠心夫婦以債逼女賣淫 拒絕接客凌虐毆打

以廖姓夫婦為首的賣淫集團，長期以債務逼迫女子賣淫，被害人拒絕接客，就會遭到凌虐，法院審理之後，認為這對夫妻惡性重大，依圖利強制使人性交罪，分別重判男方和女方8年8個月和7年半的有期徒刑。

警方破獲的這個賣淫集團，主嫌是廖姓夫婦，他們是利用幫欠債女子處理債務的機會，逼迫被害人到應召站或色情酒店賣淫，每天至少要接客十次，就連生理期也不放過，更狠心的是，被害女子不僅拿不到錢，拒絕接客還會遭集團成員毆打，甚至被用電擊、青蛙跳、學狗爬等方式凌虐，警方當時救出五名被害女子，並將廖姓夫婦等人移送偵辦。

台北地方法院審理時，廖姓男子否認犯行，還辯稱遭女子誣賴，法官根據掌握證據，以及被害人的指控，認定這對夫妻檔惡行重大，依圖利強制使人性交猥褻罪，判處男方八年八個月重刑，他的妻子則被判七年半，其他共犯則是六個月到十個月不等刑期，全案還可以再上訴。
