地院：樂揚可隨時動工

文林苑都更不同意戶王家，昨天自行拆除組合屋；士林地方法院指出，這意味樂揚建設公司可以隨時動工。

樂揚建設委任律師許獻進說，雖然王家自行拆除組合屋，但王家無權占有該土地約兩年，這段時間樂揚補貼卅六戶都更同意戶租屋津貼約五千萬元，下周一會具狀提告向王家求償。他說，王家所說的兩億元求償案是誤傳，樂揚尚未計算無法動工期間的損失，不過會在最短時間動工。

樂揚提無權占有訴訟一審勝訴後，提出一七五六萬元擔保金，欲強拆王家組合屋；王家提出上訴，並在六百多人借款下提出反擔保金，打算抗爭。
