比利時男借不到書 國家圖書館外飆粗話

44歲的比利時籍男子Verelst，本周一晚上8點半左右到台北市國家圖書館欲入館借書，因當時即將閉館，且Verelst沒有閱覽證，遭工讀生勸阻，Verelst誤認遭到歧視，在大門處不斷以英語大聲辱罵髒話，一名熱心民眾見狀在旁錄影蒐證，也遭辱罵，於是報警。

警方到場後進行調解，將Verelst勸離；被辱罵的兩人昨晚前往介壽路派出所提告公然侮辱，警方已將全案函送法辦。
