標題[請益] 急!!電腦一直重開機

大家好 小弟的電腦昨天系統還原到一半 因為卡在同一個畫面太久了 所以我便強制關機了 但是當我再開一次機的時候 就出現這個畫面 而且只有0.幾秒 這是小弟用錄影拍的 http://i.imgur.com/eZCOFW4.png
