男摔入涵洞 骨折送醫急救

新北市深澳漁港48歲張姓男子今晚9點多欲前去看人釣魚，走在漁港海天步道旁的防波堤上疑因天色昏暗，摔入10公尺的涵洞中，一旁釣客見狀趕緊報案，消防人員用吊車掛勾將他拉上岸。他意識清楚，腳部骨折，送基隆長庚急救。
