創意獵才 日本成立設計中心

台積電(2330)旗下彈性客製化IC設計廠商創意(3443)於今(1日)宣布，在日本成立設計中心。創意表示，日本設計中心人員已大致到位，初步人數約在十人左右，將有助於公司拓展日本的先進製程市場。

創意今股價也延續近期強勢表現，開盤不久即攻上95.7元、漲幅達4.7%。

創意總經理賴俊豪日前表示，創意在美國、台灣、大陸都設有設計中心，不過在日本則一直沒有。由於很多日本IDM供應商，包括瑞薩、東芝等近年均逐漸淡出ASIC市場，也因此流出許多不錯的工程師，創意因此把握住這次機會吸納人才。

他指出，這批工程師除經驗豐富外，日本員工更是向來以忠誠度高著名，相信會成為創意很重要的資產。而有了這批當地的人脈，相信創意未來要擴張日本市場會容易得多。創意今年第二季，日本營收占比約在17%左右。

據了解，創意今年上半年曾有一批人才外流至聯發科(2454)、台積電，公司原本希望透過研發替代役或與清大、交大等作獎學金的綁約來補足人才缺口，不過後來意外在日本市場有所斬獲。創意說，日本多數的IDM廠商僅發展到40奈米製程，希望這批人才的加入，可協助創意拓展日本在28奈米以下的先進製程客戶。
