塑膠包裝食物 塑化劑含量安全

消基會公布市售塑膠包材的「食品」及「包裝材料」檢測結果，抽樣41件，對其中34件進行鄰苯二甲酸酯類（塑化劑)含量測試，發現8件食品及食品包裝檢測有含量、5件僅有食品本身測出，總共13件，檢出範圍介於0.1至0.4ppm，未超過人體耐受量。若以30公斤兒童每日耐受量換算，約需吃超過50個重量100公克，DEHP含量0.2 ppm的食物，才會超過每日耐受量，民眾不用過度恐慌。

消基會表示，因塑化劑存在於日常生活中，國內目前僅定有每日耐受量。消基會呼籲食品製造業者有責任追究產品中鄰苯二甲酸酯類的來源，立即改善。消基會表示，佳德糕餅鳳梨酥的塑化劑污染問題較嚴重，要特別注意。

消基會表示，食品中含有塑化劑的原因很多，除了惡意添加外，原料遭受污染，或是生產及加工或儲存過程中，透過塑膠材質設備、容器或包裝材質游離出來，進而污染食品。
