蘋果與唱片公司洽談調降Beats串流費用

Re/Code引述消息人士說法報導，蘋果據傳正與幾大唱片公司洽談，要調降Beats Music的內容授權價格，希望明年可以調降這項串流音樂服務的訂閱費用。

報導指出，雙方會談還在非常初步的階段，雖然目前還不清楚細節，但蘋果應該是想讓目前每個月不到10美元的訂閱費用再低一點。

音樂產業一直反對把內容供應給Spotify這類串流服務，卻難以逆轉市場轉向串流服務的趨勢，這點從數位下載的銷售走上CD的老路、串流音樂營收持續成長可見一斑。由於串流平台的特性使然，目前還不清楚免費或付費的串流服務是否導致數位下載減少。

本月稍早另一個傳言指出，蘋果打算關閉Beats Music，並把這項服務整合到iTunes Radio，但很快就被蘋果否認。
