一銀主辦台雅集團跨境聯貸

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年9月24日電）由第一銀行統籌主辦，台雅集團旗下寀奕國際及Taieasy 5年期、7000萬美元聯貸案完成簽約，募得資金將用來支應寀奕購料周轉及Taieasy建廠及購置機器設備所需。

一銀表示，除了一銀及金邊分行外，包括兆豐銀台灣境內分行及柬埔寨金邊分行也參與聯貸，屬跨境聯貸。

一銀指出，台雅集團是國內前5大成衣品牌代工製造廠，深耕歐美成衣服飾市場多年，產品獲得國際大型零售商及知名品牌廠商認同，去年投資成立寀奕國際及Taieasy，是為了在傳統OEM、ODM成衣製造事業外開創集團新的里程碑，所開創的新事業體，目前除柬埔寨Taieasy 12座成衣廠、越南Formosa織染一貫廠外，未來也將以自創品牌、平織產品及網路行銷等多面向創造綜合績效。
