當街刺殺女友再自殘 凶嫌戒護就醫中

台大畢業、任職會計事務所的張彥文，昨在女友住處附近持水果刀刺死女友後自殘，警方將張男戒護就醫，依殺人罪嫌究辦。

涉嫌當街刺死前女友的台大高材生張彥文，因行凶後還持刀朝自己的頸部、手腕揮砍十多刀自殘，企圖自殺未果，目前仍在醫院由警方戒護中；據悉，張嫌的家屬原本委任法扶會律師，結果法律會律師昨天陪同張嫌接受檢方訊問後，即要求解除委任，家屬只好再找其他律師。

檢警昨天下午相驗，發現死者的頭、頸、胸、腹、手部共被刺了41刀，其中頸部有23刀，頸椎斷裂，導致失血過多死亡。而凶嫌張彥文的頸部、腹部也有十多刀輕微刀傷，並無生命危險，警方今早再到醫院與醫師討論，醫師認為張嫌的傷勢尚無法出院，因此目前仍由警方戒謢中，今天暫不移送。
