鳳凰暴風圈晚觸地 風雨漸明顯

輕度颱風鳳凰今天凌晨至上午行進緩慢；氣象局預測，颱風暴風圈今晚將接觸台灣陸地，各地風雨會逐漸明顯。

根據氣象局觀測，昨晚8時，鳳凰颱風中心距離鵝鑾鼻南方約380公里；今天上午10時，大約在鵝鑾鼻南南西方300公里，10幾個小時才移動約80公里，速度緩慢。

氣象局說，原本預估今天中午颱風暴風圈就會接觸南部陸地，將延後到今晚，可能是8時到9時。

氣象局說，受颱風外圍環流影響，屏東及台東上午已出現局部大雨，高雄、花蓮也有局部陣雨，隨著颱風接近，中午後南部及東南部降雨會逐漸明顯；中部以北降雨可能要到入夜以後。
