騎樓地板當街嘿咻　女浪叫10分鐘聲太大路人報警

有沒有這麼猴急啊？竟然就直接在騎樓地板上「嘿咻」！一名男子疑似酒後慾火焚身，竟然與一名身材火辣的女子，直接在大街騎樓地板、洗手台「做愛做的事」，時間持續10多分鐘。女子因「淫聲浪語」太大聲被路人聽到，當場報警檢舉，警方到場後女子反控遭男方性侵。

這起案件發生在2011年4月23日凌晨1時左右。基隆市一名46歲的男子，與一名身材火辣的30歲女子，在一間酒坊喝酒認識。事後男子陪女方搭計程車返家，2人下車後就「性致勃勃」，顧不得還在屋外，2人就直接在大街騎樓地上及洗手台等地「嘿咻」，時間達10多分鐘。

女子疑似情緒太high，叫床聲太大被路人聽見，隨即報警處理。員警到場之後制止2人行徑，男方疑似不滿「好事」被破壞，還和警方發生肢體衝突，女方事後向警方指控遭對方性侵，男方被依強制性交罪移送起訴。

法院審理之後，法官調閱監視錄影器發現，事發當時2人大街親熱，卻未見女方有任何反抗和呼救動作，性侵部分判決男子無罪；但2人當街上演「活春宮」被路人撞見，已經涉及公然猥褻罪，基隆地檢署18日依法將2人起訴。
