《台北股市》李述德：台股有「3P」優勢

【時報記者任珮云台北報導】臺灣證交所董事長李述德表示，外資在台股的參與率持續提高，目前有2成的日成交量是來自於外資。台股之所以吸引國際投資人來台，主要是台灣投資標的獲利能力佳，周轉率順暢，台股具有「3P」優勢：價格（price）、獲利能力合理（profitability）、流動性佳（prosperity）。

第15屆瑞信亞太科技論壇今（10）日在台北登場，李述德應邀致詞時作出上述表示。

瑞信證大中華區聯席執行長Neil Havey表示，今年論壇規模大於往年，9月是科技業淡旺季重要的交接，台灣科技業可望受惠於新品推動的成長趨勢。

瑞信證臺灣證券主管Randy Abrams表示，樂觀看待科技產業的前景，尤其看好網路和資訊服務領域，動能乃來自持續劇增的數據智慧型裝置需求，再加上全球經濟逐步復甦。
