飆車丟煙火炸人　保時捷男遭逮

中秋節連續假日，嘉義市警方和消防局都接獲民眾報案，指控有飆車族車隊在區亂飆車亂放煙火和鞭炮，違害民眾生命安全，還有無辜民眾被炸傷。市二分局北門所昨逮到開保時捷跑車、炸傷人的李姓男子，依公共危險、傷害罪移送法辦，消防局也對他開出逾時違規施放煙火罰單，將裁罰3萬至15萬。

對此民眾反映飆車族亂放鞭炮，嘉義市警局、消防局組成聯合小組蒐證，執法人員說，警消包圍攔查，飆車族立刻做鳥獸散，一路在市區追逐，也擔心波及無辜民眾，不宜採硬碰硬，消防局已蒐證掌握10多輛涉案車輛，後續將與警方一同偵辦。

警方事後也根據監視器傳喚涉案李男到案，但對於「只會先蒐證、再開罰」，市議員王美惠批警消太消極，而網友在PTT痛罵，飆車族的囂張行逕：「嘉義市還有王法嗎？」（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
