標題[問題] 如何對面爪耙子

各位大大 小弟工作上遇到一種人 總是抓著同事一點小錯或疏忽 就私下電話或寫信給長官高光同事 (也不會先跟當事人討論) 長官似乎有樂於有人告訴他一些情報 有東廠可以用?(這無法求證) 人不可能不犯錯 即便是戰戰兢兢 百密總有一疏 除非 以牙還牙 以眼還眼外 有甚麼方法可以對付或是和這種人共事?? 我也無法臆測長官對這種消息的態度是如何 只是同事間感覺很不好受 他犯錯 大家都幫忙一起補救 其他人犯錯 就是要被他捅.....
