《產業》美廚哭訴：頂新出包才換強冠

【時報-台北電】導致維力、呷七碗和八方雲集等知名廠商被餿油掃到的苗縣頭份美廚食品莊姓女負責人，下午到苗栗衛生局說明原委，並交代其下游廠商。莊女哭訴，選用有國家ISO和GMP認證、有政府掛保證的香豬油也出包，已不知道使用什麼廠牌的產品才沒問題？

莊姓女負責人一進入衛生局，即被大批媒體包圍，由衛生局人員陪同遮臉進入2樓訪談室，幾經溝通才開口談自己感受。

她說，餿油事件造成大眾不安，實在非常抱歉，美廚也是今年才開始使用強冠香豬油，過去因為頂新部分油品出包，客戶建議她改換其他油品，原本以為有政府掛保證的品牌就不會有問題，怎料還是出包。

上周五知道油品有問題之後，立即要求員工停用，並配合衛生局稽查、封存，提供下游廠商，絕無隱瞞，但造成這個結果，她很對不起大家。

衛生局長羅財樟指出，下午再前往稽查，了解封存油品有無被移動，或其提供資料是否確實？如一切吻合，暫不會開罰，若有出入即依法開單。(新聞來源：中時即時 陳慶居)
