蕭敬騰遭潑糞案4起訴 Yuki未涉案

藝人蕭敬騰去年十月遭潑糞，士林地檢昨天依加重公然侮辱、恐嚇危害安全等罪嫌起訴張姓男子等四人，張聲稱，吳姓乾姐因參加蕭敬騰宣傳活動遭推擠，想替乾姐出氣才策劃報復。

外界一度懷疑日籍女粉絲Yuki（蔭山友紀）指使，但檢方清查後已排除Yuki涉案。據了解，Yuki向檢方澄清「跟我沒關係」，莫名被捲入覺得很無辜。

去年十月廿八日下午，蕭敬騰和經紀人Summer、詹姓女助理及李姓司機從南港住家出門，欲搭乘廂型車離去時遭攻擊。兩名共乘機車的男子佯裝要蕭的簽名，卻拿貓糞朝車內潑灑，並恫嚇「蕭敬騰，給我小心一點」和三字經。

金曲歌王被潑糞，員警大動作緝凶，四名嫌犯先後落網，調查發現廿八歲張姓主嫌曾兩度犯槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例而入獄，去年四月假釋期滿。

張說，吳姓乾姐抱怨春節時參加蕭敬騰宣傳活動，遭現場人員推擠，覺得蕭架子大，他和曾姓及蕭姓友人商量後決定「潑糞」，並由蕭動手；檢方調查，蕭另找陳姓友人壯膽，未料潑糞後新聞沸沸揚揚，張給了蕭五萬元「避風頭」，陳僅分到八千元。
