阿里巴巴 傳19日在美掛牌

彭博資訊引述消息人士指出，阿里巴巴集團將IPO（首次公開發行）的說明會延後約1周左右，預計將於8日起的該周展開一連串法說會，18日為IPO定價，19日掛牌交易。

阿里巴巴的上市日期一延再延，先前預計8月就可在紐約證交所掛牌上市，但因美國證管會（SEC）對其IPO仍有問題，阿里巴巴正尋求監管機構批准其公開說明書，同時不斷與SEC討論。

阿里巴巴原計畫在本周舉行投資人會議。為了回應SEC的問題，阿里巴巴現已將投資人會議延到下周，知情人士推估，其股票最快恐怕要9月18日或19日才能開始交易。香港產業研究服務公司Arete Research Service分析師李牧之表示，只是給阿里巴巴更多時間回答外界疑問。
