當資料庫發展到買賣雙方可以透過電腦查到所有資訊時,
房仲會失去現在大部份的價值.

沒有電腦網路時代,
旅行業者很大的功能是提供旅遊資訊,
也就是現在上網搜尋一番就能得到的資料,包括地圖.
現在旅行業者,還能只靠這些過日子嗎?
