刀鋒跑者弒女友案 結辯開始

外號「刀鋒跑者」的南非身障運動員佩斯托瑞斯(Oscar Pistorius)因涉嫌槍殺女友史汀坎普(Reeva Steenkamp)遭起訴，今天(7日)法庭展開結辯。
佩斯托瑞斯宣稱，去年2月14日情人節凌晨，他以為家中有入侵者，隔著浴室門開槍，導致誤殺女友；不過，檢方提出蒐證照片顯示，史汀坎普血跡分佈相當廣，包括地板樓梯、牆面、佩斯托瑞斯的義肢和白色襪子，以此推翻誤殺的說法。
南非檢察官內爾(Gerrie Nel)今天表示，刑事審判是「挖掘真相的工具」，他相信此案能夠勝訴。
佩斯托瑞斯和史汀坎普雙方的父親今天都首次現身法庭，他們分別坐在觀眾席的兩側。
檢方表示，佩斯托瑞斯當天與女友爭吵後蓄意行兇；被告辯護律師則表示，佩斯托瑞斯以為女友在房間，認定浴室裡的是入侵者，因而誤殺。
佩斯托瑞斯的首席律師7月曾指出，心理師的鑑定報告顯示，佩斯托瑞斯行兇時神智正常，但事發後心理嚴重受創，除非他繼續接受心理治療，否則可能會有自殺之虞。
