高雄市前鎮區31日晚間發生嚴重瓦斯氣爆，估計有五處氣爆點，高雄市目前已緊急成立應變中心，目前已傳出228人死傷，其中有15人死亡，5人都是消防隊員。

目前越來越多罹難者遺體被發現，消防署已證實228人死傷，其中有15人死亡，5人都是消防隊員，氣爆範圍長達20公里。
