東元：打造新世代智能家居

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北1日電）東元集團董事長劉兆凱表示，集團透過旗下東訊新世代智能家居方案，全面進軍物聯網應用。

東元集團參與台灣智慧自動化與機器人展，旗下工業產品和消費產品兩大領域的機器人概念產品，盛大參展。

劉兆凱表示，集團旗下東訊推出新世代智能家居方案，具備全智慧居家功能，可應用在視訊門禁和對講系統、安防告警和監測、能源和家電控制、視訊會議、社區物業和網購等領域。

他指出，東訊智能家居方案，具備全物聯網架構，可與智慧行動裝置無縫整合，居家各種重要功能，可隨手機平板隨身攜帶。

劉兆凱表示，東訊智能家居方案，在台灣中高級房產市場中，占有率45%，超越歐日進口產品，在中國大陸占有唯一地位。

他指出，隨著智能家居和物聯網普及化，智能家居的市場由建案「前裝市場」逐漸擴張至「後裝市場」。

劉兆凱表示，前裝市場銷售通路，仍以建商及弱電整合商為主，後裝市場銷售通路逐漸轉向家電通路，終將成為家電大品牌廠商銷售產品的主流。

在雲端智慧家電部分，劉兆凱表示，結合集團東訊公司的新世代智能網關及雲端物聯網技術，在冷氣、冰箱、除濕機、彩電等家用產品，全面推行與手機或平板智慧相連，達成遠端控制、遠端察視。1030801
