讀鳳明分班 「我們種菜食農…」

屏東縣大明國小鳳明分班老師朱玉璽與陳淑惠，近年來帶著學生在校園種玉米、絲瓜、菜豆等，和農民合作食農教育，鼓勵孩子認識家鄉的生命力，最近為了招生，老師以這一套鳳明「獨家」的課程上網做宣傳，為分班號召生力軍。

「廿多年前學校就是由村民合力捐地興建，現在我們希望再集合眾人的力量，讓學校留下來」，朱玉璽說，在課程中結合農業、生態，除了希望孩子從認識土地做起，更希望把社區家長拉進來。

大明國小鳳明分班只有一、二年級，目前有22名小朋友，三年級之後，小朋友就須回本校就讀，下學期分班迄今只招到5名新生，朱玉璽老師最近就在自己的臉書上力推招生，並歡迎家長前往參觀，「看看受土地芳芬滋養的孩子們是如何地快樂學習」！

鳳明分班佔地0.2公頃，校園內種有菜豆、地瓜葉、絲瓜、玉米等，日前與社區的王姓農民合種稻米，小朋友還直接把收割的稻子曬在籃球場上，整個校園就像一座有機農園。

「我覺得自己種的菜比較好吃，不怕有農藥」，2年級的黃翊嘉說起學校種的菜，能講出一套吃過的心得，還有2年級的林宇良本來不敢吃菜的，現在在學校裡對於自己親手種的菜，可是讚不絕口。
