羅智先：我是龍頭 不是豬頭企業

統一企業董事長羅智先去年全面接班後，今年首次以董事長身分主持股東會。相較過去羅智先談話謹守分寸，僅談統一企業，今年暢談集團營運，且欲罷不能，甚至語帶幽默說：「我們是龍頭企業，不是豬頭企業。」強調統一要做領先市場的事情，龍頭地位不容挑戰。

羅智先說，身為台灣食品龍頭，要替產業制定一個標準，促進產業升級，統一有責任、也有能力可扮演這個角色。將來台灣面對的競爭，會更複雜激烈，台灣市場先天性小，為了將來競爭力，要提升產品精緻度，才有生存的空間。

今年統一股東會快速順利結束，羅智先在股東會結束後主動坐下與記者短暫聊聊，暢所欲言，即使結束，也欲罷不能分享看電影的心得。他說，每周再忙都要看兩、三部電影或影集，連「來自星星的你」都看完了。

羅智先有問必答，甚至連敏感的台南幫成員感情是否融洽，都正面回應。他說，台南幫是精神大於實質，每個企業都是一方之霸，隨產業變化，台南幫在實質上也會被逼著綁在一起，團結力量大。如南紡夢時代購物中心就是最好的例子，台南紡織、統一企業相互合作，共同開發、經營，彼此成就。
