反服貿民眾 與飯店發生糾紛

大陸國台辦主任張志軍來台，反服貿民眾入住諾富特華航桃園機場飯店，與飯店發生糾紛，但是民進黨認為是警方執法過當，前行政院院長謝長廷說，台灣是多元社會，表達不同意見是台灣特色，政府不必太緊張，要平常心。如果沒有平常心，執法有時就會過當。

前行政院院長游錫?說，台灣是一個民主國家，不應該發生這種事情，根本是違法違憲。
