http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/life/20140606/411399 王品集團不幸福　違反勞基法挨罰2萬 陳思豪／台北報導 台北市勞動局今日公布近2個月違反勞基法的48家事業單位，其中保全業違規最為嚴重， 包含天鷹保全、天下保全共有6家違規，值得一提的是過去數度獲選幸福企業的王品餐飲 集團，本次也因技術生工作時間超過法令規定遭罰2萬元，另外過去常被嘲諷為血汗工廠 的醫療機構，這次也有萬芳醫院、國泰醫院及郵政醫院3家上榜。 勞動局科長葉建能說，本次保全業違規情況嚴重，多數是違規工作超時、每7天沒有給1天 例假日等，其中還有1家保全業者，讓保全連續15天上班，遭開罰最多的則是天下保全， 因第2次違反2項法令規定，總計遭罰34萬。 王品部分，葉建能說，王品集團旗下餐廳有聘用建教合作的技術生，但原先談妥的內容是 每天上班9小時，其中1小時為用餐時間，但實際訪查卻發現，這些技術生9小時都在上班 ，吃飯必須挪用其餘時間，違反《勞基法》第30條第1項工作超時的規定。 葉建能說，這次違規事項，最常見的是第32條第2項(延長勞工工作時間超過法令規定) ， 總共16家、第24條 (延長工作時間未依規定加給工資)，總共16家、第30條第1項 (正常工 作時間超過法令規定)，總共14家次，每項將處2萬至30萬的罰鍰。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 120.113.124.188 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402036635.A.0E6.html
