公寓4樓淹水　住戶怨工地損鄰

前天北部雨勢不明顯，但竟然也會淹水？位於板橋文化路188巷9弄內的公寓4樓淹起水來，住戶懷疑是後方建築工地造成，因施作地下室連續壁導致公寓受損，雨水從牆壁不斷滲入，讓住戶十分困擾。

其中一名住戶林小姐表示，公寓後方建築工地最近開始進行地下6樓的連續壁工事，導致他們住戶的房屋，受到程度不一的結構損傷。從本月3日開始，只要一下起大 雨，她的房屋後方就會滲水，導致屋內淹水，最近梅雨季來臨，只要一波降雨，就害她們整夜都在清理，根本無法入睡。另一名住戶蔡先生也抱怨表示，自從開始施工後，他的2樓房間燈就無故掉落下來，1樓逃生門也難以開啟，疑似地面傾斜；直到5月初，整片鐵門已卡住無法再打開。（吳國仲、莊淇鈞╱新北報導）
