安排員工旅遊 茶農奇招搶工

採茶工越來越難找，茶農擔心找不到人收成、一整年的努力將白費，為搶工各出奇招，如提高薪資、準備點心、員工旅遊、還有專人接送服務，甚至還要拉攏採茶阿嬤的兒女、孫兒女。

製茶師傅黃銘禾說，東方美人茶只採嫩芽，做成的茶才不澀不苦，因此不能用機器採，全要靠手工。

但近年採茶工難找，讓許多茶農頭大。茶農吳春長說，他曾打電話一一拜託，不只要說服採茶阿婆，還要說服他們的子女，才讓阿婆順利出門採茶。

採茶工人少，工資、福利也往上漲。三年來，採茶工資從一天一千元，漲到一天一千二至一千四百元。

茶農各出奇招「固樁」，以免好不容易找來的採茶阿婆被挖角。吳春長說，每年採茶季節結束，他就會安排一趟員工旅遊，帶阿婆們到外地走走，聯繫感情。

茶農許時穩除了在前一年先下訂金，確保有採茶工之外，還會為阿婆們準備點心、飲料、及接送服務。許時穩每天早上五點從家中出發，午後再載送他們回家。

有人找不到採茶工，跑去別人的茶園「挖角」，結果引爆口角。如今也出現採茶人力仲介，每介紹一位採茶阿婆，仲介即可抽成兩百元。
