台導同志短片 入圍棕櫚泉影展

（中央社記者許秩維台北2014年6月8日電）美國棕櫚泉短片影展今天公布入圍名單，台灣導演王品文以同志短片「Between Us（我們之間）」入圍，有機會角逐大獎。

棕櫚泉短片影展是北美最大短片電影節，今年共82國、3000部以上短片報名，超過330部影片入圍，將共同角逐評審團大獎。

「Between Us」描述美術老師與已婚女人間秘密戀情，影片敘事跳脫性別與性向傳統框架，探討愛與被愛課題。

王品文表示，她想描述愛上一個人時，很容易迷失自我的心情。發展劇本時，很自然選了兩個女人為主角，「愛情裡沒有種族、性別、性向之分」。

王品文畢業於政治大學新聞學系，目前在洛杉磯攻讀電影碩士學位，「Between Us」預計於美國時間19日晚間在加州棕櫚泉市戲院播出。
