葉世文案扯陰謀論 朱立倫：很訝異

前營建署長葉世文涉收賄貪瀆弊案，因行政院長江宜樺日前表示，去年四月即得知葉可能涉嫌不當利益輸送，因此決定立即調整葉世文營建署長職務，如今卻又爆出葉退休的主因是江揆欲安排現任財政部次長張璠當營建署等種種傳言；張璠的「前長官」新北市長朱立倫上午說：「冒出這麼多陰謀論，我很訝異！」

朱立倫澄清當初並沒有人推薦張璠進入市府團隊來擔任城鄉發展局長職務，「因為我們本來就認識，」朱立倫說，在他擔任行政院副院長時，張則為國有財產局副局長，朱因兼任公有財產整理小組召集人，而張為執行祕書，因此兩人熟識。
