去年拖吊4875輛單車 1743輛沒人領

去年北市共拖吊4875輛單車，卻只有3132輛單車被領回，剩下1743輛單車「見不到主人」，連市府官員也納悶「車主怎麼不領回去呢？」

台大外文系黃同學說，領車需出示身分證等文件，有時就是沒有帶在身上，不方便領車。就他所知，有些學長姊是要畢業了，單車老舊，覺得沒拿回車子也沒差，才遲遲不領。

市府實施單車拖吊以來，每年都有沒被車主領回去的單車，多數最後移送環保局，可能被老師傅巧手整理成二手車，也有損壞得太厲害的就作廢鐵回收。不過去年沒領走的單車達到高峰，有1743輛。

市府停管處科長彭志文說，他們也很納悶為什麼有些車主不來領車？推測可能是因單車太舊或車主未注意等原因。

彭志文表示，員警將車輛拖吊後，超過一個月沒領車將公告，由停管處網站、市府公報及松德大樓布告欄發布公告。超過3個月後移至環保局。

目前除松山車站及萬華行政中心2熱點，拖吊單車都是移置到龍門國中地下停車場。民眾出示身分證、鑰匙等證明指認車輛，保管人員將車輛拍照留存後即可領回。

不過黃同學說，「這些公告管道實在太冷門了，應該都沒有人看吧？」像他就是同學告知才知道是要到龍門國中取車。
