阿富汗北部水患 增至81死

阿富汗省級官員今天(8日)表示，阿富汗北部偏遠山區大雨不斷，導致山洪暴發，當地地勢崎嶇，軍方直升機忙著運送物資給數千名無家可歸的民眾，警方與村民地毯式搜索生還者，2天來已經尋獲超過80具遺體。
阿富汗北部巴格蘭省(Baghlan)古札加埃努區(Guzargah-e-Nur)警察首長拉曼(Fazel Rahman)表示，6日的洪患已奪走81條人命，數個村落中約有850棟房屋全毀，另有超過1千棟房屋因豪雨和洪水受損，目前有數千人需要安置、糧食、飲水與藥物。
拉曼表示，當局已收到約1千頂帳篷、數百條毛毯與部分食物，但仍需要更多物資。
上個2日，鄰近巴格蘭省的巴達克珊省(Badakshan)也曾因暴雨引發土石流，造成至少350人喪生，數百人失蹤。
阿富汗將在6月14日舉行總統大選第二回合投票，接連發生兩次死傷慘重的水災，也成為阿富汗未來領導人所面臨的嚴峻考驗。
