社會企業／王鵬超 深耕部落

「不要拍我，我很不習慣面對鏡頭啦！」光原社會企業共同創辦人王鵬超發現身旁有鎂光燈閃爍，忍不住求饒。他形容自己是「做社企夢的素人大叔」，專門帶領深山裡的原住民部落可以靠著有機農業，解決部落裡的老、中、幼問題。

王鵬超說，自己的團隊多半不具備農業背景，但是彼此深信，農業會是解決部落經濟與社會問題的最佳途徑，「部落裡的年輕人多到外地工作，只剩老人與小孩，」部落有發展經濟的機會，才能讓原住民青年回流，也減輕老、幼照顧負擔。

光原教導部落裡的30至70歲的「農民」種植有機蔬果，再協助行銷。王鵬超說，每個人都要會用Line等社群網路工具，「碰上田裡有疑難雜症，就拍下來，讓農改所的老師可以幫忙解答。」

王鵬超也說，他並未刻意設定合理獲利目標。
