預防皮蛇廣告惹議 藥廠停播

（中央社記者陳清芳台北2014年5月14日電）藝人林美秀代言的預防皮蛇（帶狀(泡)疹）廣告是否為違規醫療廣告，立委要求衛生機關儘速查辦，相關疫苗藥廠今天聲明，主動停止刊播。

美商默沙東藥廠台灣分公司中午透過公關公司發表聲明，昨天已依台北市衛生局指示前往說明，配合相關行政程序，在釐清相關疑慮前，主動要求各電視台暫時停止刊播這支宣導影片。

聲明指出，據臨床醫師觀察，部分國人對疾病欠缺正確認知，不知應事前預防，只知尋求民俗偏方，為求審慎起見，這支衛教影片製播前，已進行必要的專業評估，刊播後，有民眾肯定疾病衛教的必要性，對有部分民眾發生疑慮，感到遺憾。

立法院今天審查福生福利部作業基金預算，國民黨立委吳育仁、民進黨立委劉建國等人質詢，預防皮蛇的疫苗有一家藥廠生產，這支廣告在大眾媒體刊播是否違規醫療廣告，衛生部應盡速釐清。

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署長葉明功說，疫苗屬於處方藥，僅限登載於學術性刊物，且內容有違規醫療告廣告之嫌，已要求停止刊播。
