種咖啡可可 尼加拉瓜獲金援

尼加拉瓜國會今天通過國際農業發展基金（FIDA）一筆2480萬美元的金援，助本地咖啡和可可產業以市場策略和行動對抗氣候變遷。

國會祕書長柏拉修斯（Alba Palacios）表示，總數2480萬美元的金援中，有1600萬是無償捐款，其餘是貸款。

執政黨桑定陣線籍議員費蓋羅亞（Jose Figueroa）表示，這項農業金援計畫將嘉惠尼加拉瓜北部和加勒比海原住民部落的4萬戶農戶。

據本地媒體報導，尼加拉瓜去年可可外銷總額為1530萬美元，以德國、薩爾瓦多和瓜地馬拉為主要市場。

費蓋羅亞指出，上述金援計畫主要是為拓展市場、降低氣候變遷效應及加強競爭力和生產力，以提升農戶收入、改善生活。
