【時報記者張漢綺台北報導】針對久元電子 (6261) 違反資訊申報作業辦法相關規定，櫃檯買賣中心處以1萬元違約金。

久元電子公司更正申報103年4月自結營業收入淨額資料(包括單月及累計營業收入)，且差異金額達1億元，核有疏失。櫃買中心依規對該公司處以違約金1萬元。
