中越衝突 民進黨要政府釐清南海爭議

中國、越南南海衝突升溫，民進黨上午要求馬政府四件事：一、外交部必須要求越南政府確保台灣人民在越南的人身財產安全，譴責暴徒行為；二、政府必須做好撤離的萬全準備，事先與國籍航空公司協調班機；三、政府必須對中國挑釁行為提出強烈譴責；四、政府必須釐清南海爭議問題，避免讓周邊鄰國誤解我國立場。
